God bless John Leguizamo, his miniseries THE GREEN VEIL.
Let there be Justice for Native Americans who were robbed of their Birthrights.

The reality of our history isn’t pretty. Such corruption is hard to admit for those who benefited from this inhumanity.

Anything that shows the suffering of a people has the opportunity to touch people’s hearts and teach empathy. So important for the times!

I'm so happy that this is being made, as someone who is part-native american, I appreciate learning more of my heritage no matter how painful it is. Shout out to John Leguizamo for doing this.

My dad was taken from his family by the government and placed in boarding school when he was 4 years old! He and the other children were abused if they even tried to speak their language, so he told me that a few of them would take their chances and meet in the restroom in the middle of the night just to speak to one another. RIP dad, thank you for being as strong as you can be.

I had never heard this story before. Separating native children from their families for the rights to their land!

All of South Dakota’s nine indigenous tribes have now voted to ban Kristi Noem from their lands. Somewhere, Cricket is smiling.  🐕

I could watch John Leguizamo all day long! What a gifted and talented actor!! Even when he did a short stint on The Daily Show, he was positively ingenious with his comedic delivery!!

For all history of the USA, we only hear about Black / White stories. We don't hear much about Native and Indigenous people. We're very interested to hear and see these films or documentaries. The fact is, Native people were here before any European country entered this land. We do need to learn the real history of the Native people.

Thank You Mr. JL. I'm a person of American Mexican/ Native American decentdant.
The stories that are told to us, stay among us. No one wanted to hear them but us.
The injustice to Red Nation, Brown Nation, Black Nation and Yellow Nation are unbelievable to others.
Thank You for your time and talent you bring to us.

I worked with and befriended a Native American man who was the last surviving member of the Mandan tribe. His wife who was Navajo, was removed from her tribe and placed in a Mormon home to be raised and educated. It was a very hard and sad time for her. She was never allowed to see her family or visit home. They both presently live on Navajo reservation lands and are doing well.
