Walking along a neighborhood road on a quiet, beautiful afternoon in January, I heard the faint yet distinct sound of someone playing a Sanshin (the traditional 3-stringed "guitar-style" instrument of Okinawa).
Listen carefully to the classic sound of Okinawa as the camera pans past the blossoming colorful hibiscus flowers in the yard of an old Ryukyu-style, ceramic-tile roofed home.
Location: Ginowan 2-16-2 in Ginowan City, Okinawa, Japan.
