Dude the biggest reasons why I do seed retention, It brings out my personality more, I have always been flamboyant, and eccentric. I feel like I can let my nuts hang and be myself. No fakeness, No wearing a mask trying to impress other ppl. I feel more connected and grounded spiritually.

From what I be seeing, people have gravitated towards me more especially women. Alot of eye contact, smiles, and "hey how are yous" from random women. Ppl in general talk to me way more and im more talkative also. I feel more connected to people around me. I don't feel invisible anymore.

Being an introvert the attention is the one thing I haven’t got used to. I’ve been invisible my entire life I’ve never been popular in fact the hardest thing for me to deal with is the staring not the urges because I’ve deleted all social media apps .

I have had the opposite experience. People treat me better every where I go. Strangers approach me and try to talk to me. Service people are extra nice. Are you really retaining? And if so, are you doing anything to transmute your energy? you should be working out, meditating, reading, etc..

Also make sure you don't look down on other people for not retaining. People don't react positively to people who think/act like they're superior. Don't let your courage and discipline to retain your semen get to your head and blow up your ego. Have empathy and be humble.

I also have felt energy from lights and my cell phone. The energy was so powerful in my cell phone going through my body that it felt disruptive . I now understood how cell phones can cause cancer, it disrupts natural flowing energy. I also use to listen to my car radio and it was interesting because whenever I played rap music that had violence in it etc. my energy felt depleted but when I played positive music I felt a sense of serenity .

I've been on retention and nofap for 2 months almost and I do notice that people and my family treat me differently and think I'm not normal too. My dad is envious around my energy vibes. I also feel my head goes numb alot because I feel like energy from my semen retention is going to my brain now. I'm healing 😌

This is so true, I been taking notice that some people been acting hostile towards me even when I speak to them or even greet them, they instantly get a attitude towards me but turn around and be friendly to the next person, I go to certain places, stores, fast food places and other, and certain employees act like they're so aggravated towards me when I just ask for the most simple things in the most polite way, even if I just ask for a number three combo meal with no ice, or extra catch up, I can feel their nagitive energy towards me and the sad part is that I never even ment these people ever in my life, I took notice of things starting to happen to me since I been on this journey.
