Unbeliveable...On a day when several smart TV makers--Samsung, LG, TCL to name three--announced initiatives to launch smart home hubs/features into their TV sets during 2024--Sony HAD NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT DEVELOPMENTS WITH THEIR BRAVIA SMART TV SETS. Incredible oversight by Sony in this presentation.

Honestly the main thing holding Sony together is patents and lawyers as much as I love their PlayStation platform it’s a pretty flailing business all around seeing how many of these internet companies bypassed them and are now double backing to eat away at what Sony can do. Nothing really sells from them direct to consumer besides the ps but they can sell a lot of tech to other businesses that can put a product together like cameras for cell phones of car parts to automakers. Unless they can restrategize it’s hard to see any real growth from them for a long time.
