I Soo Binge watch these! How single? I'm so single that I don't remember the feeling of having a boyfriend. Besides being single, I do believe in miracles. For me I think it's timing.

Just to back Glenn up... I approached my husband (we were friends but i told him i liked him first)... he proposed. We got married. We still married years later.

He was just shy and since we were friends i knew that.

There is definitely pressure in the church about getting marriage at a certain age. I'm about to turn 33 and I'm single. I get comments like
'when are you getting married?'.
'You are prob going to have to have kids right away when you get married because of your age.'
'We need to pray for you to get marriage because of your age your biological clock is ticking.'
'You are done with school and have job. 'Why aren't you married yet?'

It's really annoying

My advice for women is to STOP looking for a husband!!! Personally speaking God literally sent me my husband. I wasn't looking, heck at that time I didn't even want a relationship because I was working on my degree. I knew God sent me this man because even if I was looking... he was completely opposite of what I thought was my 'type'. If anybody know anything about the military, me and my whole family are Army and my Hubby is Marines. That's like a Republican and Democratic getting together. A Redskins fan getting with a Cowboy fan. Either way women slow your roll, relax and allow 'em to find you. It's not old fashion... it's actually biblical!!! ✝️📖

I agree with everything you said when it comes to the first lady's situation who called in. When I was 17 I thought by the time I was 25 I would be married, have at least 1 kid, and live in my own house. Fast forward to 25 and I was not where I wanted to be financially, I was still living with my parents, and I didn't even know what I wanted to do with my life or think I should be in a relationship. Fast forward 4 years to now and I'm still not where I want to be financially...but I at least know what I want to with my life and I had been working on my issues so I could be a better person and partner to someone if I do end up in a relationship.(although I'm feeling how Glenn felt when he was single, because dating out here is trash. I would like to get married, but I told God I'm fine if I don't.) I think she'll be fine, don't fall in the pressure of trying to have everything together by a certain age.

I can relate to the 32 year young lady. I'm an OR nurse, similar age, very single. Although I'm happy to remain single, I'm still open to meeting a man that I could glorify God with. I'm like the girl who emailed, except I've had plenty of time wasted. My issue is finding someone who wants to commit. I asked one of the guys what made him not want to commit to me. He basically said that there was nothing that I did or could've done and that I was pretty much perfect for him.🙄

Am so single that at 37 years old i dont look forward to weddings that my aunties are in. People are very insensitive in the comments they make on why they think you are not married. I want to get maried, have wanted since 23. I still have hope and the dream of having a family ...and thats just how single i am

For the first letter if she shifted her perspective to asking herself what she feels marriage and children will complete that isn't presently there, will address a lot of things and maybe will change who she dates

Life will teach you there is no "supposed to". It will also teach you about time. Im 28 and have similar thoughts about where Im supposed to be. When I was 25 I was more in the" I feel like I'm supposed to mind set" I also agree with Glen and Yevette. Some stuff takes time. Values change as well. You got it girl. You are alright. 💜🥀

Glenn's advice for the second letter about getting other people's opinions is spot on! I would also add, to get that perspective from men if possible.

Single at 42 never dated. My story is in some ways similar to your subscriber that wrote in for advice. Strong, educated, seriously believer it difficult to do date when have never dated lol sooo difficult. But I do believe there is someone suited for me and not everyone is which helps!
