sir trivalent impurity means the atom require three electron to complete their Octate When octate is achieve then atom is neutral or stable So, why the positive charge or vacancy is appear AND my 2nd (Q) is when electron is fill the vacancy or HOLE So, why negative charge is appear on p, type

One thing is confused me continusuly..in the the you said that in p _type majority carries are holes and in n_type majority carriers are electrons but as soon you said that is neutral due same to no of charges in both of them
