The woman says her broken arm results from being thrown to the ground, but the officer said he slipped.

It dont matter if she complied or resisted

U got two officers working against eachother and this gets overlooked.
Often times, its one officer pulling while the other tugs and the person on the ground doesnt know which direction to adhere to while they have 2 forces manhandling their body parts in directions that not normal- 2nd nature instincts also make a person subconsciously wana find comfort

She was resisting arrest. After that, things got crazy, and as a result of her behavior, her arm somehow got broken. She should just have complied.
