Made this today. This was an instant success!! I did not bother chopping the veggies. Cut them into smaller chunks and pulsed them thrice in mixer for a course grated form. Quicker to cook that way. Also added one pinch of asafetida for that extra oomph!

Excellent recipe ... Delicious and nutritious. I tried it today ...used oats without roasting and added grated carrot and grated kacha papita instead of tomatos . Everybody loved it ❤️

I do all these chillas have become a master in it.I used todo only besan chilla for my mum used to love them.
Now I am expert in any type as I had to invent food for my daughter ( gluten/wheat/egg/dairy/spices free....lol what a dilemma. Even haleem I make gluten free
