Ten years ago I put a ton of gypsum on a lawn another attempt to break up the clay. A couple of years later I realized that this was the wrong answer.

A soil test was performed late summer 2021 and --Bay-- base* saturation of calcium is over 90% at some 5300 parts per million. The advice on the guy produced the soil sample results said that it's coming at the price of potassium primarily.

If you added too much calcium to your soil how do you fix it?

If I'm growing tomatoes and I want to add calcium, how would I do that without raising the pH? Could I treat the CACO3 with vinegar and then add it to the plant soil?

Hi! I'm doing some research on how different elements can have an impact on plant growth, I was wondering if you guys knew what could be considered a high ammount of calcium per square meter for radishes and why. That would be really helpful, thank you!
