Hi Thank you for the tip, I would just like to know how I can use the data to multiply the currency I have with dollar to see how much dollars is my amount of currency. When I just multiply the cell with the amount of my currency with the rate to dollar in the table it keeps on giving me value code and I cant find an way to get it right

Great! BUT ... how do you create a customized foreign currency rates table for just per se 6 selected foreign currencies I utilize all of the time/ Importing the entire available table is too much date (TMI) while selecting the "most popular" rates does not offer my selected foreign currencies ...

Hi, nice tip. I actually use this same method for tracking current Silver and Gold spot prices. I have a workbook that I catalog silver and gold coins that I collect and invest in. I load the spot price tables into a separate sheet and then use certain cells, from the tables, on other sheets to calculate current values, profit and loss, create selling scenarios, etc of each coin and groups of coins. I love the live data feeds that you can set up with Excel. It can be used for all sorts of data and can make your workbook very sophisticated. Happy New Year from Cincinnati, USA
