One of my all time favorite films. Even w his Star Wars trilogy, Indy Trilogy, Jack Ryan roles, basically endless films…. this one in particular stands out (to me) above the rest. I think the film is so well written, well performed, everything holds together beautifully: it’s practically perfection. But, of course, it’s a personal opinion. 😊

Great movie. Very underrated. I've always been fascinated by the Amish, and being that I live in Delaware County, about 30 miles from Lancaster, I've visited places like the Strasburg Railroad museum, and had breakfast at Shady Maple, as well as driving along old route 30 through towns such as Bird in Hand and Intercourse. I urge anyone that reads this to visit Lancaster County, as well as Chester County, Pennsylvania.

This was Viggo Mortensen's first ever film acting role. When I saw his character, the guy had only a small part but he stands out from the crowd. I didn't recognize him right away as Viggo but he caught my attention. A star in the making back then.

I've watched a ton of movies from the 80's in the last one year and found every single one of them fabulous. It was a great decade for cinema. Harrison Ford was terrific in this and it's usual for him. Kelly Mcgillis was so beautiful.
This film wasn't all about action, which was unexpected but they steered their way smoothly. There wasn't a dull moment! I won't talk about the very ending but I wish it was different. The film's perfect, nevertheless. 10/10

This movie has one of the most idiotic characterization i had ever seen. A woman whose husband has dead, acts like nothing happened on the next day, looks pleasant, and flirting with two men at the same time. The characters in japanese p*rn makes more sense than this..lol.
