Famicom AV parasites on screen (white dots)

Whites dots appear randomly on screen.
Happens also on a vanilla console pcb, whithout the rgb mod.
Tested on:
3 rgb video cables
1 composite cable
3 psus
3 crts
Several different games
Capkitted
Voltage regulator changed with a new one

The white dots appear on every game tested, when they appear.

If you have any clue of what is causing De white dots please share in the comments.
It must be something with the console's pcb...
