I can't help but think revealing yourself as smart just puts a giant target on your back whether you're a faithful or a traitor.

Such a shame Yin was murdered! She would have been great to watch more and in fact would have made a brilliant Traitor. Also love her style. A loss!

I love this show but tbh it's just another popularity contest. The Faithful don't reeeally know who the Traitors are...they just vote for the people they like the least.

I think Nathan was doing that thing of making sure everyone voted for the same person (Linda) so they themselves were safe, regardless of whether they were a Traitor or not (in this case she was, but it doesn't really matter because if you get rid of a Traitor they just recruit another one). A sort-of unspoken tactic of the banishment table. Strangely, absolutely nobody picked up on it and they got rid of him instead! Very harsh.

Couldn't stand her as soon as she said "I haven't accumulated enough social capital yet". 🙄 You're not as smart as you think you are if you say that out loud to a group of people you're trying to get to trust you. People think PhD = intelligent but it generally means very knowledgeable in one very niche area of research; i.e. one track thinking.
