My car buying philosophy over the last 30 years has been to buy a Toyota with around 100K miles. Often people start getting nervous about seeing those 6 digits on the odometer and feel they need to sell before it starts "breaking down". I have never been disappointed in my purchase!

Just cracked 350k miles with my '02 Sequoia this month. I've had it for 6 years. Best $4k i've ever spent.

My 2001 Tundra is amazing. Bought it ten years ago for $5000 had 140, 000 miles on it. Sitting at 240, 000 now with zero problems. I do need to change the timing belt here soon.

Got the exact same vehicle, also an, 04. Mine has just 180, 000 miles. Removed rear seats, so allows plenty of room for utility and leisure. Slept in it countless times so has saved me a small fortune on paying for motel rooms. I only paid $4000 for it in 2020. Will NEVER sell it.

04 sequoia 200k miles our family car paid cash for 7 years ago love it! Through the last few years my wife and I tried to come up with a logical reason to update to a newer family ride and we just haven't been able to come up with a good enough excuse. So yup the longer we own it the more we appreciate the old sequoia.

It is worth it!!! I bought a rust free 1985 Toyota 4runner in 2015 and had it shipped in from California (Rancho Cordova). rebuilt it ground up, just installed the new rebuilt Toyota 1 manual transmission 2 weeks ago and it sit's on 35's with 5:29 gearing, TG rear disc brakes, new bearings, seals, rotors and rebuilt front knuckles, heavy duty 3 row radiator, overhauled the 22re, it now has 289k miles. getting 21mpg. great truck!!!!

My 2006 Toyota 4x4 double cab Ute has a 3L diesel. I bought it with 320k at a great price. It just clicked over 525k. Changed timing belt twice with 2 water pumps steering and suspension bushes with tyres needing changing at 460k for on road compliance. Servicing is done every 6 months. Last month it only needed new drivers seat belt for compliance. My wife has a 2007, 2L Corolla bought with 120k on the clock. No timing belt replacement required same 6 month servicing as my Truck and with 285k now on the clock only required light bulbs for compliance....Toyota is a great reliable brand we will always look at first when purchasing a car.😊

We had a 2003 Sequoia for nearly 20 years the only downside is it rides rough. I ended up putting fox shocks on it and that made a big difference so anyone that has this air of Sequoia highly recommend upgrading your suspension to fox shocks off-road shocks makes a huge difference.

The rubber bushings in my control arms on my rust free 2002 Tundra rotted and cracked due to heat at about 185, 000 miles. I replaced the upper & lower control arms with new OEM Toyota parts as well as the shocks, rotors & pads while I was at it... the truck rides, handles and stops like new again. The Hoosier built Toyota trucks are worth keeping on the road.

I have 2004 Tundra I bought new. Best truck I ever owned. My wife has a 2004 Land Cruiser, best car she ever had. Both have 250, 000 miles, and we are afraid of new vehicles.
