Why not listen to people and make appearance like hair and beards be customizable whenever we want??
We actually talked about this before Brimstone and you actually replied to my ideas.
Whether it was a barbershop or an NPC that you paid gold to to customize your character's Hair/Facial hair and Dye it using the current dye system.
It creates and solves the gold sinks that you put in game and it opens a gate to make rare hairstyles and facial hairstyles to be sold in store, seasonal rewards, twitch drops and in game farmable drops chasing.
