"not a chef" mistakes! Also clearly not somebody who understands western culture writing the description for this video. This wasn't too bad but I can at least see you are an Asian cook by your methodology and chosen side dish for the salmon. Not a Japanese chef as they wouldn't make these mistakes, but I can see a Chinese cook thinking "chef" and "cook" are synonymous and using the term interchangeably. They are not interchangeable! This wasn't as bad as your duck but can still use a lot of help. You pan-seared the salmon, not "pan-fried" the salmon. I am happy that you cooked it with the correct method as frying it in oil would have ruined it, not that you didn't do that by overcooking the salmon anyway. Overcooking it and then not providing a sauce to make up for the overcooking was almost criminal.
