Like everybody else, I wanted to congratulate you on how good your teaching is! I'm not new to programming by any means but your enthusiasm means that even though I have been programming for 20 years, I can still listen to you talk about the basics (referring more to previous videos than this because vectors are all new to me).

May have jumped a few steps ahead here but I managed to add friction to this example by accelerating the circle towards the mouse when clicked but when not clicked, reversing the current velocity (with mult(-1)) and using that as acceleration.

I've finally made my own flocking algorithm with hundreds of little schooling triangle shaped fish, perlin noise color variation, obstacles to avoid and loads of little features. It's so cool!
