[FIXED] Stuck at 98% Windows 10 Upgrade

I was able to fix Windows 10 Upgrade remain stuck at 98%. I was even able to use the Windows afters but there is something you need to know about issue you could face. I was actually upgrading to Windows 10 Fall Creator Update. It's Important to know what bad the upgrade can take you afterwards.
