sims 3 Generations had the prom-night event, for which your teenage sim could get asked out to. I was playing with a family with a teenagegirl who got a call asking her out, I said yes, because I liked that she got a date without me meddling with it. the prom itself was a rabbit hole in the school, but I did get a text saying she had her first kiss, I was extatic. after the prom she had a moodlet of that. Happily I looked through her contacts to look at the Sim and it was her grandfather. xD apparently the game asked you out by the person you had the best connection to (who presumably wasn't on the lot)

In Twinbrook, most residents have lost ties in their family tree to the dead and urns with ashes and graves in random places after some disaster. Maybe Bayless took advantage of this? I'm currently testing this theory in the Sims 4. I haven't purchased any recent packs so I'm not 100% sure on where to find a Family tree with less than two clicks but I did notice something in CAS.
Setting up a gameplay with a spellcaster story I wanted to make a legacy of spellcasters so I started with a couple and just kept making one generation after the other until I got to teen (who is going to be my main focus of the gameplay).
What I noticed was that after a grandchild there's no other relationship than house mate So.... I have a character that's a great grandfather and a great granddaughter. But in game they have no bio relationship. Maybe it's a glitch. I'm not a legacy gamer. I really just wanted a chaotic menace to unleash in Newcrest but with one day left to age up I'll test the theory and let y'all know.

It’s not impossible to inbreed your Sims just wait like three or four generations and as long as there is a far enough generational gap you can technically inbreed the sims in any sims I believe even from sims 2, 3, and 4.
