Opening A SEALED Box of Superman Trading Cards from 1993!

I'm a huge Superman fan, I'm a huge Max Moe Foe Pokémon fan, and somehow the opportunity to mash those two interests of mine completely fell in my lap. This box was traded into my store the other day and I couldn't resist doing a Max Moe Foe style video on it. This is just a little in between video (like the HIM collection video) so there's more in depth content to come, don't worry. I hope you enjoy this odd little video!

I love opening card packs. I don't really actively collect cards anymore, but I still have stock piles laying around. It's still always fun to pick up a pack at the store every so often. Along with the normal stuff like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, I have a pretty decent size stack of Street Fighter and King of Fighters cards for this Universal Fighting System card game that I never learned how to play. If I remember right they also had some Mortal Kombat packs for it,

Man, you KNOW I dug this video. I love all that retro, 90s art and I was a big trading card guy as a kid. As vintage, retro stuff goes, I still seek out 1994 Fleer Ultra X-Men card packs to relive that thrill, haha. This was really cool man, I would definitely watch more stuff like this!

Always wished this set included more original/new art exclusive to the trading cards. The fact that most (or all!) of the art was taken from the comics felt like a ripoff.

The worse part of these trading cards is that there are no original art, all of the images are lifted from panels of the actual Return of Superman story.

I dunno about other random commenter dudes, but I know I wouldn't mind seeing openings of obscure cards, or stickers, anything collectible really. There's tons of people doing Pokemon or Magic or Yu Gi Oh card openings, i'd rather see somethin' weird.

Loved the video, never expected a card pack opening on this channel. Had a fun time with it. My hobbies personally are a bit all over. I came here from the Mortal Kombat video, so it's obvious I at least enjoy fighting games. Other than that, the biggest things are anime, of which I mostly enjoy really obscure stuff nobody talks about, especially with action, superpowers, and goofy bullshit. I also love comic books, especially ones featuring characters like Superman (mainly John Byrne's run), Aquaman, Elongated Man, Azrael (90s), Adam Warlock, Quasar (Wendell Vaughn), Spawn, and Hellboy.

As a younger kid I started with yu gi oh cards cause I loved the ORIGINAL show, all the stuff after was wack, the show is called yu gi oh how can you call it yu gi oh anything without him?!?! Anyway then I got into, tech decks which went into tech deck dudes haha, I still have them too and I had so many like 100+. Now into my 20s I’ve started collecting action figures starting with the Batman universe, pretty much got all the figures from the Batman Arkham video games cause I had no idea where to begin plus there were a ton of badass ones like scarecrow and mr freeze and the big titan joker and clay face, now I’ve slowed down on the little 5-7 inch figures and started collecting the 1/6 scale hot toys, it’s an expensive thing to collect but it’s like an addiction haha, you need all the ones you want. Love these videos too keep doing em, I myself am a comic book nerd, I’ll admit I haven’t read too many but I love all the characters and their backstorys and I’m gonna trigger a ton of people when I say but dc over marvel but hey you can’t get too mad at me, as of right now trying to get the entire avengers’ hot toys action figures, I’ve got a pretty good amount of em too!
