Video captures Posen police detective saving life of unresponsive infant

Detective Corporal Matthew Leveille with Posen Police is being hailed a hero for his quick-thinking efforts that helped revive 10-month-old Nathan Jimenez.

I LOVE OFFICERS like him! Heroes- Every day, in ways we seldom get to see. With all the bad police publicity, it’s touching and heart warming to see these acts of heroism.
I am a nurse, and I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen someone lose a family member, because nobody in the family knew CPR. Please, please, please learn CPR – do it for the people you love.

All parents should be CPR certified and have basic knowledge of what to do in an emergency situation. It can happen to anyone

True heros! I teach my 2 year old son who the true super heros are. He knows paramedics, police officers and fire fighters are bigger heros than Spiderman, Batman and Superman

OMG. Thank God for this officer. That poor family. I hope they do learn CPR because you never know when you'll need it.

Thankfully my situation was not an emergency but my daughter who was a teen at the time fainted while at a friend's house. She forgot to eat or drink much of anything that day and her blood sugar crashed because of it.

The husband of our friend was a police officer who worked nights and he was asleep.

The friend woke him up and he came flying out of his room to help my daughter. He was in full hero mode in an instant. God bless these officers who are in it to help the community.

I think it was a stress induced seizure. And the stimulation got him back breathing. My daughter used to go out anytime she would fall or get hurt, scared, etc. It's terrifying.
