Thats almost too much to expect from an officer but thank the Lord that the precous little soul came out healthy . I pray Gods protection, comfort and joyful life over the mother and child. Awsome officer.

This was her 6th baby. Her husband had to flag down the police. Third baby the police officer delivered while on the job.

Good job to this fine Sheriff's deputy!! I hope they reward you for going above & beyond what was in your job description!!
I don't think they told the baby that you didn't want to deliver another baby!!

I doubt if any of you are old enough to remember a guy named Bobby Sherman!
In the late 1960's Bobby played Jeremy on a TV show called "Here come the Brides!"
He was on all the teenage magazines.
After that show ended, he was on a medical show and rode with the paramedics in Los Angeles!
He loved the job of helping people so much that he quit acting and became a full time EMT!!
He said that nothing was more fulfilling than delivering a baby or finding a lost child!
He also became a Los Angeles Sheriff's Officer!
He said the first baby he delivered, he was scared he would drop it. Of course he never dropped a baby.

If you do not know who Bobby Sherman is, ask your mom or grandma, pretty much any girl who was between 12-18 in the late 1960's!!
