Installing a jail: # bsdinstall jail path/to/jail
Start jail: # jail -c name_of_jail
Stop jail: # jail -r name_of_jail
Start shell in jail: # jexec name_of_jail /bin/sh
List running jails: # jls
Make jail directory removable: # chflags -R noschg path/to/jail

This was (is) perfect. This got me up and running in no time. BTW, my dad used to say (and I picked up the mantle) "If at first you don't succeed, cheat!"

Why dont work memory?
grep: /var/run/dmesg.boot: No such file or directory
