My Favorite Puffer Fish DIED! I'm Devastated!

A Very Sad Day In the Fish Room ...

I lost one of my favorite aquarium fish this week! I was devastated by the sudden death of this Fish...I Have definately been in a Mourning period over this one... One of the toughest videos ive made in a while, But i won't hide anything from all of you. So hear it is

Maybe you all can help me figure out the cause of death ? i'm at a loss this time, i was thinking swim Bladder or he Ingested something? please let me know what you think??

So sorry for your loss Vinny! who knows why fish die for apparently no reason at all, unfortunately you may never figure out what caused him to die, I once fed my goldfish years ago some asparagus and they ate it all the way down to the stalk, within minutes all of them died right in front of me and there was nothing I could do to save them, the asparagus stalks must have been poisonous because as soon as they started eating the stalk they stared dying, I bet everyone of us had a special fish die at one time or another, R.I.P Ed.

Dang man. I'm so very sorry. I know I'd be heartbroken if I lost my main puffer.. (I cringe at just thinking about it).

I lost a Hairy Puffer suddenly last year and never figured out why either, which is the worst feeling a fishkeeper can have imo.
I chose to hold off on getting another hairy puffer for a while, I think it's been about 6ish months by now, and got another kind as I have a red Congo puffer where he was now.
There will never be another Ed, but there is another puffer or other fish out there that will help with the loss. Stay strong and stay fintastic Vinny! Keep being you.

Sorry for your loss Vinny, rip 🙏Ed. I had a similar issue with my Stars/Stripes Puffer after I fed him some shrimp. I think mine ate too much or he just couldn't digest it. I got another one after he passed.

oh no, I'm so sorry, it is just so so sad to lose a pet friend. Sounds like he injured something internally and it was just a fluke, nothing you could do. I'm so sorry
