To all of you guys who want to eat exactly what she eats to reach this body goal: You are already wonderful. What works for one doesn't work for the other. YOU ARE ALREADY BODY GOALS! If you want to eat healthy add vegetables and fruit to your diet. But know that food is a lifetime decision not a month shit or whatever. Everything should be in balance. Don't stress yourself about looks. You are beautiful. :)

I shed fat and cellulite within 3 weeks just by eating protein (chicken breast, ground turkey, tilapia), LOTS of mixed veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, green beans, spinach) and avocados for good fats. And I cut WAY back on carbs (1/4 cup white rice a day) AND FRUIT (1 fruit a day). I also did 30 min of cardio every morning at home (stairs, sprints). I feel fantastic!

I don't believe that. She eats a whole pizza every day. She eats a lot of junk food but makes sure she doesn't eat too much and balances it out with eating healthy along with eating junk food and works out 5 days a week. How do I know this? Google healthy celeb they tell you everything

A smoothie, two boiled eggs and a rice cake, salad, salmon and asparagus? That's IT?!!!! Besides the rice thing there's NO carbs, how can anyone be full from this? I guess if the portions are large enough maybe ....

You need a chef cooking your meals if u’re gonna eat like that. Having a full time job and working out every day and making healthy meals 3 to 5 times a day is just not possible for people. Lets just be realistic.

I'd never take her food a day, i don't like salads or fish (some smothies i do like but not including banana or milk)😂😂 i'm a really picky eater
