I know I'm extremely late, but I made a simple gaming chair by placing an iron trapdoor the way I want the chair to be active. I then stood on top of it and did /setblock (tab) (tab) (tab) iron_trapdoor (number, keep trying, probably 1, 2, 3, etc. all the way up to 16.) I then placed a block above it and placed an iron trapdoor under that, broke the block, stood on top of the iron trapdoor, and did the same command. I then put a quartz slab as the seat, and did the same things he did with the sign. Just a tip. :P
