Group Building Games - Self Evaluation *100
Показать описание
This is one of our group building games that stimulates self-reflection! Everyone shares what they think about their behavior in the group. This will give them insight into how they see themselves and what others think about themselves. The result is a connection at a deeper level ☯️

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
1. In addition to the previous topics, you can also let them share other things about themselves. They could share something they think they should stop doing or something they think they should do more. In the same way as in the original exercise, the others demonstrate their agreement by using the five-finger scale.
2. You can let the participants elaborate on their vote. While someone explains his choice, the person who has the turn listens to the explanation in silence. Only play this variation when you have enough time and you think it will be good for the group to exchange verbal feedback as well. Emphasize that no one should feel obligated to elaborate on the number of fingers he used.
Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including:
• Extensive explanations
• Multiple variations
• The outcome of each exercise
• And a QR code linked to the corresponding video
Thank you all so much for supporting my channel! You are the reason that I get so inspired! 🙏 🔥
