I mean technically it works... And it can produce a decent final finish however id spend the time prepping first, and make sure the brushing is completely straight. Its like painting a car, the preparation is absolutely everything, and if done well can wield good results.

Will I get the same quality result using a piece of sandpaper? It's the same piece of sand paper I use to clean my glock19 with a switch and extended mag to prove a point on the streets and shoot at my tv when I get mad at call of duty.

This shouldnt be an issue for someone that actually dives with a submariner and accidentally scratches it on coral or rocks. The only time when it is an issue is when its someone that probably doesnt dives and tracks their food delivery time
