I don't care if this movie didn't win any Oscars, it's still a masterpiece.

Malcolm Mcdowell is so wonderful, after seeing this movie I saw the others that he had and can do from a villain to a completely innocent character

Heath Ledger took a lot of inspiration from this movie for his Joker.

I love how Warner Bros and Leon Vitali are restoring ALL of Kubrick’s films in proper working order. Shining, 2001, Fullmetal Jacket, Clockwork, and the non-WB films like Spartacus & Dr. Strangelove.
Barry Lyndon is a must!

Fun fact: This is the same trailer used for the 40th anniversary but with some shots and music changed.

A cinematic masterpiece that at the time of it’s release shocked the world. The violence in that movie by today’s standards seems tame.

I’ve seen this movie in my film class a few years back.

Our film instructor was showing it to his students to understand the definition of an anti-hero in cinema.

Alex is the perfect example of that definition.

This movie is a classic. Compared to a lot of movies out there, it's not as shocking as most people made it out to sound. Heck, the original cut was like 4 hours long, and even then after that, they had to cut 3o seconds from 2 scenes so it wouldn't be rated X. And it inspired one of my all time favorite video games, We Happy Few.

favorite film ever. saw a screening of this at the Aero in Santa Monica with Malcolm in attendance, and then he spoke post screening. He thanked us for laughing, to him the film is a comedy.

The cinematography in this movie was 20 years ahead of its time! What a timeless & transcendent masterpiece from the master of filmmaking himself. An amazingly unforgettable classic, Kubrick was a real pioneering genius!

It's funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen.

I’m reading the book now and it’s just so surreal and grotesquely beautiful. Can’t wait to watch the movie next.

This was a true violent movie. The violence was not cringy or gut wrenching but satisfying.
Kubrick's best in my opinion.
