I'm going to miss her on the pitch but I know she'll continue to do great things in retirement and more. She's simply one of the best to ever play the beautiful game. She's been a champion for women across our nation and a pleasure to watch for over the years. I'll never forget the beautiful set piece she made to Abby Wambach's game tying goal in the 2011 World Cup Quarter Final and her singing "Born In The USA" in a boom mic in the same tournament. I'm a fan of hers for life. ⚽❤

Rapinoe can not retire soon enough. She is old and very replaceable her agenda in not making women's soccer better for the future. Time for the young women take the sport over and lead it in the right direction
