Phil Kessel used a 65 flex stick his entire career. I recall a few teammates saying they couldn’t even figure out how he could stick handle so well with it…let alone fire the puck like he did

Honest, go with a stick flex in the 70s. Can get good torque on a wrister while being firm enough for a stiff slapper.

I'm 145 lbs and a 55 flex is way too whippy to me! I can't imagine how bad it would be for one of these guys.

When I played competitively I was 5'10 195 and I only used 100 flex bc I would break 75s on clippers and they just started coming out with 85/87. Now I'm 175 playing beer league but I use an 87. My backup is a 75 but I only use it for roller. 55 is insane
