You almost made me want to cry when you said it doesn't matter if you got a great credit score if you have a charge off, that it will be subprime. But then I realized just now that those charge-offs will be off my reports at the various reporting agencies, in a little more than six months! One company wanted $2.50 a mile with Home Delivery, a feature on their website. I've read that I shouldn't have to pay any shipping if I'm buying the trailer? The trailer I want is on the other side of the country and it's a lot more affordable. Would it be worth it to me to get that trailer? Your videos are so very informative and helpful. I have a question for you. My fiancée and I are looking to purchase a new travel trailer in the 20-25K range soon. I am retired with a small pension and SS income, some debt, with a fico around 700. She has 800 fico, full time teacher with a mortgage and car payment. We intend to put 10% down and share the monthly payments. We intend to apply for loan together. Is that the best strategy or should she perhaps apply alone?
