TLC is the most common even Mx 500 doesn't mention it has MLC and no dram as u mention before and even Tlc has better life span and the price is around 4k ...don't over exegrate everything.

End of the day what you recommend does m.2 nvme crucial 2280 p2 is good or WD Blue sn550 is good ? I'm just confused which one should I get ? Does above two SSD's contain dram or not

I would like to bring a clarification here TLC's are not that bad they really good as compared to MLC. MLC is only advantageous when you often, benchmark, gaming, editing (video/pictures), rendering videos etc. If you are day to day user like Excel, powerpoint, watch YouTube videos, browse the web, watch movies you can go for TLC SSD it's very cheap. Always buy SSD based on your usage type ! . I have TLC SSD, I know my usage.

So remember TLC are not bad they definitely give you amazing lifecycle !! Trust me.
