I live in Kensington and word on the street is first of all, she's had ulcerative colitis and needed a bowel resection/colostomy. Then more recently I've been hearing that something has happened that's caused her to become paralyzed. Not a coma, but paralyzed and can't move.

I had a radical hysterectomy, meaning, my ovaries, uterus and part of my cervix. Also that includes surgical menopause. It takes a lot out of you. I was told to rest for 8-9 weeks. That is what I believe the surgery was for Kate.

They used Filipino nurses because they're going to be too afraid to whisper a peep about Kate's condition or get kicked out of the UK. They have families at home relying on them; they're going to keep their mouths shut.

My mum had surgery on her abdominal area, she ended up with some complications which kept her in hospital for 7 weeks. She then required nurses at home and intense physio to learn to wall again.

Its not beyond the realms of possibility that she wants to recover in peace and might not want people to see her in that way. I know if my mum wasnt doing physio she was pretty much either sleeping or trying to sleep ....

Hospice nurses!! Yikes! That sounds sad. She has three kids who need her. I hope that they are wrong. I thought that it was a mental health issue with perhaps some marital violence to overcome. I hope that she will recover for the sake of her kids. As for the story about them spending time at Sandringham, that seems to be very questionable. Perhaps she had a stroke. Whatever, it would be smart for the palace to come clean. And I am hoping to hear from you tomorrow too!
