Ural(Dnepr) 2WD off-road test ride and review.

Finally I upgaraded my Dnepr MT-16. Now it has the diferential block that should have better off-road capability. I tried some off-road on My Dnepr and I liked the performance. I still have lack of skills riding the motorcycle with sidecar since if was my 3rd trip on sidecar motorcycle.

really cool video that sugar sand looks like what we have in Florida very easy to get stuck. I like what you did with your bike nice touch. I hope you keep at it on your bike and make another video Thanks.

If I had your bike and rode where you do I would put a winch from a boat trailer, on the front of the side car. So when you get stuck in sand or mud, you can get yourself un - stuck when your by yourself. That area looks like a great place to spend a few days camping. You made your rig your own, and I like that. Two thumbs up !!., , ,

It sounds and is about as quirky as a Citroën 2CV. Both were designed around the same era: the 1930's. The 2CV is famous of carrying a basket of fresh eggs across a freshly ploughed field without braking a single egg (so the myth goes). It would be nice to test if the Dnepr is also capable of carrying such loads under similar circumstances without damaging it...

First bought Dnieper because of its cheapnes.So as result on the Dnieper you can only drive to the nearest repair shop.After that I have been driving the Ural for 10 years without problems.I never visited a service center and I easily fixed minor breakedowns myself.

I missed a diff-lock off road. The power went throufg the wheel without grip. Fonz.

Good video. Next time call a friend on a Enduro. So he can film you from behind or whatever. I think that would be fun on these sandroads. I also build up a MT-16 and i´m really looking forward to drive it aside normal roads..;)
