Been a while since Deadpool has been on so I wouldn’t mind if we got Deadpool again. Mostly because this fight specifically would offer something that the other 4th wall breaking fights he had doesn’t. The ability to get serious. Deathstroke was a serious character but the dynamic was funny parody vs serious original. Pinkie Pie was literally just cause they break the 4th wall and the Mask was only so they could kill Deadpool. Gintoki has great connections with Deadpool and you could have lots of 4th wall breaking moments. But at the end you could legitimately have a moment where both characters tap into there more serious side and we could get a genuine badass fight. It could highlight a part of these characters that aren’t represented as much especially for Deadpool’s sake.

As for who wins? I think Gintoki should. Obviously Deadpool is Marvel so you can find any number of things throughout his history that could make him any level you want. But a standard Deadpool would lose imo. Gintoki is stronger, a bit faster, is just as unpredictable as Deadpool, has a sword that can nullify healing factors and even an item that can control time. Unless we gave Deadpool outlier scaling, Gintoki should win in an epic battle.

Maybe we shouldn’t have a match up thats next very hard for gintoki to win. I mean ik he beat oboro but Deadpool’s litterally crazier in terms of what he can do, and how he is in the noggin. Also DP has bean in death battle 3 times already.
