Playing a video game with a steering wheel is not an easy skill to learn. I've found that it works best by combining 3 monitors into one seamless desktop first and only playing in 1st person. This gives you the widest field of view, though the edges are a bit distorted. It's also tricky getting the controller to work correctly at all; I had it working fine with Forza Horizon 4 but when I changed cars to a British config (the game is set in Scotland), it stopped auto-centering and I couldn't get it to work correctly again. This varies greatly from game to game, and since I was playing on XBox Game Pass on PC, I couldn't add any mods or configuration changes. I found it nearly impossible to play in 3rd person, or in 1st person on a single monitor; it is way too easy to overcompensate when steering and just fishtail. When it worked, it was brilliant fun.

I love that I somehow predicted this, when you revived the channel and I suggested BeamNG with a custom map – albeit, also to use for its physics and recreating some of the HR greats, like the Tower drops – mentioning that it has a multilayer mod you could leverage... and tada!
