I remember seeng the last BA Concordes flying across London on their way to Heathrow, one by one on their final flghts. People stopped what they were doing and went outside to look. Magnificent machines, such a shame it ended this way. RIP to those who lost their lives

That infamous photograph of Concorde in flames as it struggles to get off the ground is such a sad scene. It illustrated not only the end of the lives onboard that aircraft, but of the entire Concorde fleet. I was in complete shock when I saw that picture for the first time ever about a year ago. Rest in Paradise to all victims involved. Such a grim image.

When you look at those terrifying images as the plane takes off and desperately tries to climb and gain speed, you can’t help but think about the poor people onboard…

Ugh, the Concorde was so beautiful. I remember hearing them overhead living in NYC as a kid when they would head into JFK.

These crashes are beyond tragic, but seeing them re-enacted in such a meticulous, informative, and respectful manner enhance my understanding of what happened, and increase my respect and appreciation for airline flight crews.

The DC-10 not only killed itself with it's terrible safety record but it killed the Concorde as well.

Fantastic recreation with the live footage included. This was a sad end to an era of speed and class. RIP Concorde. RIP passengers. RIP crew.

Returning from Spain to JFK in 1972, in a 747, I watched in awe as a Concorde passed us by as if we were standing still. Living by JFK I saw and heard that loud aircraft so many times. My heart cries for the poor souls who died in this tragic accident. May they rest in peace, and may God bless the families and friends of those who died as well. Another very well done video, The Flight Channel.

The pilots tried everything they could to save their plane, and the souls on board. Rest in peace to everyone who died on that terrible July 25th, 2000.

Hey, just wanted to say the amount of work you put into these is incredible. I couldn’t imagine myself doing this, it would take about 2 years! So just keep up the good work. Theres a reason you have 1 million subscribers!

The DC-10, a plane so deadly, you don't have to be on it for it to kill you.

With each crew member having so many hours of flying time, it's so sad to see how comfortable they must have felt taking off, only to learn how lives can be taken away at any moment due to random, unforeseen circumstances.

Despite this tragedy, I really believed that Concorde would bounce back. My one and only flight, on that magnificent plane, was memorable.

Imagine hearing the alarm telling you that you are too near the ground even though you cannot do anything about it.

So sad to think all those passengers thinking they are flying to go on an extended cruise vacation only to be met with their fate. RIP

I remember that day. It was such a sad, sad day for the world's aviation. In the 80's, I used to live not far from Heathrow and was able to see this amazing flying machine, very often. It always was a great sight to behold. I was able to see this beautiful bird one last time, while visiting UK in April 2003. We were just in Windsor one day and a Concorde was flying overhead, getting ready to land. That was the very last time for me. Such a pity...
