Plano Texas Real Estate Housing Market Update November 2021

The Plano real estate housing market for the most part has remained steady for several months. The data is still indicating a strong sellers market just. DOM, Days on Market for the overall city of Plano has increased by one day, not much so relatively the same and still in the single digits. The Median Percent of Original Price has decreased however, it remains above 100 which indicates half the homes selling are still selling above asking price. Homes are continuing selling fast here locally. The new listings on the 7 day snapshot on the MLS still has the solds outpacing the new listings, not as much as last month but none the less still outpacing. hat being said, inventory remains relatively low which is still causing multiple offers on many homes that are for sale in Plano TX. Because recent home prices have remained steady this continues to give buyers a bit of relief and at the same time good for sellers as many have expected prices to fall. Interest rates remain low which is also good for buyers and sellers. Let me know what I can do for you.
