😮😮 it’s crazy how much a location changes the price of a house I live in the suburbs of Chicago. I’ve been building houses my entire life that house right there is going to start at 1.5 million on a regular law in a regular neighborhood I’m actually shocked, considering the price of lumber currentlyhow they were able to do that for that prize.
