As with most Chinese products, they may be produced in one factory for a dozen different brands. That’s true for US products, as well. The variation between the two microphones is most likely just tolerance differences in the components since no to microphone elements are going to sound exactly alike, and variation in capacitors and resistors is less controlled at this price point.

Those two mics sound exactly the same to me at all distances. Of course the sweet spot sounds the best, hence the name.

I liked the first one better. Thanks for the video, recently purchased a BM800. I wonder how much time it will take to figure out how Adobe Audition works. Any tips for starters?

How did you make this mic sounds very clear and good in this video? Because i’ve watched other reviews about bm800 but their quality is not as good as you.

I dont know how to properly explain my thoughts but i will give it a good try....i have owned the zingyou xrl and i got rid of it because the mic offers what i always thought was electric or feed back current and i felt it through my ear and jaw tingles ( might be not be best description but can't think of any other way to describe it) and that's why i got rid of it....but after hearing the two bm and xlr mics back to back as a listener i still felt that dry jaw tingle feeling with the xlr mic which was worst without the filter so but still felt it even with filer bm 800 i never felt that dry jaw tingle without and with the filter on...i hope someone knows what i mean lol...what i thought was electrical maybe its just a pitch thing with the xrl mic. The bm 800 to me wins that round.
