Way 1. File Explorer
1. Type Indexing Options into the search bar and then click on it.
2. Click on Modify and select Show all locations.
3. Tick all the boxes, click OK, and hit Close.
4. Press Windows add E to open File Explorer, go to C drive and select the Users folder.
5. Click on Search and enter the following extensions based on their format.
6. Click the View tab, select Details. Click Sort, and then pick Name.
7. Check the Date modified column to identify the latest version of each file.
8. After going through the files, choose the one you wish to remove and hit Delete.

Way 2. Command Prompt
If you are familiar with command lines then check out this way.
1. Open CMD as an administrator.
2. Type this command: dir /s /b *.extension. Replace extension with the type of files you want to find duplicates of. For example, if you're looking for duplicate PNG files, type dir /s /b *.png
3. Press Enter. It will display the results with duplicated files in a list.

Way 3. AOMEI Partition Assistant
