For years, North Korea's embassy in Berlin has stood accused of violating international sanctions by renting out one of its properties to a company that operates a youth hostel inside the building. A UN resolution bans member states from allowing North Korea to use such properties for anything other than diplomatic activities. Despite efforts by German officials to intervene, the City Hostel Berlin is still open for business - and is rumored to still be paying its rent to North Korea's embassy.

Welp the german goverment agreed on building it and also has No Problem if the money goes to DPRK bc its normal that a state company gives the money to the state

Yeah right if a UN resolution was enforced, then the Palistinians would still have their lands. Anyway, if a country wants to develop a nuclear weapons that's is their sovereign right. If Western countries want to take away that right from developing countries, they start with themselves.
