Directed by SoulPancake’s Bayan Joonam, the video features two teenage dancers, Israel "Izzy" Harris (16) and Ashleigh Mitchell (17). Shot in an abandoned warehouse in Seattle, Wash., the dancers perform a captivating contemporary dance number choreographed by Tani Ohashi and Kelly Bahr.

i didn't get the music video the first time i saw it: all i thought was that was beautiful, but what does it mean? i LOVE how much thought went into this video - from the dances to the cinematography to the extremely symbolic and layered meaning the video has. The deeper meaning of the soot, the flower at the end, the color of the clothes, everything was gorgeous! what a great message, I'm certain this video will help others dealing with similar problems.

I watch this every time I can't take it anymore. When I tried to find this, I couldn't remember the name of it so, stupidly, I looked up Train Suicide. When you look up anything with suicide in it, YouTube provides the suicide hotline number, a texting thing, and a link to the national suicide prevention website. Try it out yourselves. Thank you YouTube for this. That probably could save lives.

This song is how I am feeling right now.  I lost the love of my life this past November he took his life.  He was a Marine vet and was battling demons.  I know I would give it all up for one day or night to be with him again.  This is the hardest death to have to deal with.  I have gone thru every death there is and this is by far the hardest and hurts more then anything.  My life will never be the same.  Thank you for this song!

Amazing. The dancing was so beautiful and just when I thought the video couldn't get any better the message at the end appeared and almost brought me to tears. There are so many people out there battling against depression and suffering and what a creative, beautiful, and positive way to bring attention to helping those who are so often suffering in silence. Thank you, Train,  for writing and producing your song, "Give It All". I needed to listen to a song like this. This month has been brutally rough! This song was exactly the kind of song that I needed to hear tonight. Also, Train is an excellent band. I've seen them in concert some years ago. I have their albums. I love their songs. Also, I love SoulPancake. I appreciate many of SoulPancake's positive, uplifting, stay strong, hang in there, enlightening, thought-provoking, compassionate, empowering, feel good, mature,  good for your heart & soul, & empathetic videos that they upload & share on their YouTube Channel.
