YEP! with UK frost and wet that base is definitely cracking and slumping without rebar!

Never do this lol . I’ve never seen someone put a filtercloth down before installing cement. Also you did no gravel base for drainage

What is the point of that DPM when you cut it off at the sides and don't lip it up into the shed!!! btw the shed won't need damp proofing at the base unless you are building a proper insulated building that will withstand years of use. obviously u don't quite understand the process. sorry to be harsh here

You forgot the mesh you don’t even need sand or that stuff… lay mesh down and fill concrete
