How bout a bittersweet ending, my ending is bittersweet

I’ve been getting CRAZY inspiration to right my own novel. But I’ve not read much fantasy. As a kid I read ga Henry stories and lots of other books. Iread lion which and wardrobe books and Redwall. I don’t remember any others I read a couple LOTR books as an adult but that was 18 years ago. What would your top 3 recommendations be for me?

would you consiter my world high or dark fantasy, many wars happen between many nations, in the mountains there be trolls who tear the men and woman who come onto them, elder trees are made from the dead powerful mages of there decades, demons are good and bad, in some nations there are plains of lush green and forests that are dense but aome the trees run black with a sense of enducrialness or whatever, the nation of alson lein is lush and green the fall has golden grass as if the gods painted them gold and trees with roots of brown and leaves of gold and red. No one is given what they want mages never live as long as the warriors, magic kills there organs slowly, orcs are well surpicingly good, dwarves have silver citys reaching the clouds, elves have stone city and wooden huts in the trees and swamps, archs are good and bad.
