Cooking these T-Rex Beef Ribs shows how great sous vide consistency is. They were pull of the bone for real. The bones slides right off. Super juicy and tender, beef ribs do not get any better than this. They were awesome!

Awesome guga! Thank you for making these earlier videos! So cool to rewatch these and then the newer ones and see the growth of your channel and business. You’ve been making great videos and helping home cooks make better food from the jump and I’m super grateful!

Thanks gug!

We did this... These were the BEST beef ribs ever! But a tip to remember. We saved the juices and boiled potatoes in it. WONDERFUL! You guys really inspired us on this one. That makes 3 excellent dishes you have given us...Thank you!.

It's so funny to go back and watch some of your older videos. You are all shy, and stumbling to narate the video. I came back to this video to get cook times for beef ribs. Love the videos, and hope you keep them all posted so I can come back time to time for recipes.

Guga, you're awesome. and your channel is really a joy to watch with the family and friends.. I love beef ribs and I would love to see an updated video from you making ribs sous vide or maybe even comparing them against Baking, Pressure cook or even Smoking.

great vis as always! I wonder, how do you decide how many hours to cook something? 38 hours is a really long time and I wouldn't even think about cooking it for so long (I don't know a lot about sous vide).

What a great channel!!, I'm planning to do a year end bbq and sous vide about 50 lbs of beef ribs.... What's the best way to handle all of this given the quantity... I don't think the cooler will handle more than about 10- kilos at a time over the 38 hours.... Can they be stored for 2 days after the first batch is done?
