Putin says nuclear bombs in Belarus are a warning

President Vladimir Putin has said that his deployment of tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus, something he confirmed for the first time had already happened, was a reminder to the West that it could not inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.

Nuclear bombs in Belarus are no more dangerous than nuclear bombs in Russia.
What do people think? They carry them out into a field and light a fuse?
They will be carried as warheads on standoff weapons launched hundreds of kilometers inside Russia or Belarus and then guided to a target likely using GPS coordinates. The Belurus part is bull.
