Make a 'Chandelier' Quilt with Jenny Doan of Missouri Star (Video Tutorial)

Have you ever considered laying out a whole quilt on your design board during these tutorials? In other words, show how to make a block, then have all the other ones pre-made. Then, move over to your design board to show us how to lay out the quilt all together.
