⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RECREATE THIS DROP! THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE WITH THE INSTRUCTOR AND THE PERSON WHO EXECUTES IT SHOULD HAVE AMPLE STRENGTH! This is meant as a refresher for those who have trained with an instructor. Always practice under the direct supervision of an experienced and certified aerial instructor.
